Return and Exchange Policy

Turtle Surfboards will accept the return or exchange of any unused items in their original condition, 5 days from the date the item was received. Items are non refundable. Items are non exchangeable after the 15th day from the date of original shipment. All shipping and handling charges are paid by the consumer and therefore not refundable.

Shipping and Delivery Details

Shipping and Handling is included in the purchase price. We strive to ship our items from our warehouse within 1 business day. Within the continental United States, you should receive your product in about 3-5 business days.
